In 2018, the founding members of Manecece el amor were contacted, individually, to find out our interest in supporting the work of a soup kitchen for children who were in precarious situations in the Colinas del Roble subdivision, next to the Specialty Clinic 180 of the IMSS.

The dining room was the result of the personal initiative of a resident of the Fraccionamiento in response to the need she perceived among the community of the subdivision: children in a state of malnutrition, without families, without social existence – that is, without being registered or having a birth certificate. – physically and emotionally violated and even manipulated to support illegal acts in the area.

This rapprochement and work with what we began to call "El Comedor de Robles" gradually made us aware of these and other needs that we found not only in the aforementioned subdivision, but also in the region and that extended to areas not only for children, but also for they affect young people, adults, individuals, families and social groups. The social variety of the inhabitants of the area also allowed us to perceive that although the situation on the streets, extreme poverty or health are situations that need to be addressed, family dysfunction, dysphoria and relational situations also occur in all strata. and need to be identified, treated and supported.

These were our motivations so that in the year 2020 we decided to consolidate the work carried out in Robles in the form of a Private Social Assistance Institution that we decided to call Love remains, since above all it is our love for our neighbor that moves and drives us in this work and register it under the legal figure of Civil Association.
The work to strengthen the Civil Association has not been without some obstacles, since it was not until November 2022 that we obtained authorization as a grantee and in January 2023 it was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, but finally we made progress in the beginning of our social programs and in the support and base that strengthens and consolidates our Association as a philanthropic bridge between those who need and those who can…Give love!
